In this fast paced world, we all seem to have "That List" that keeps growing and growing and there never seems to be enough time to check all the boxes. We strive to make your life simple by offering high quality and professional handyman services to help checkoff some or all of the boxes on "That List".
About TL Handyman
Hi, I’m Josh and welcome to TL Handyman. I started this business as I realized that we all have “That List” of chores, improvements, and mini projects that always seems to exist no matter how many boxes are checked off and sometimes, we just need a hand, or a handyman to help. I discovered that most types of smaller jobs are too small for many contractors/builders and that I could fill the void. I currently am member of the Association of Certified Handyman Professional (ACHP) and continue to learn more every day.
I was born and raised in CT and grew up with my mom and sister in both the Waterbury and Southington area. As a child, I was always hands on and can remember taking VCRs apart and putting them back together and receiving my first mini wood working bench and tools. Growing up in a single parent household, being the only boy and not having a lot of money, created an “I can do that” attitude, even if I had not done it before. When I look back, it’s clear that my passion for doing things myself started at an early age and am excited to help others check off some boxes on “That List”.
I currently reside in Bristol with my wife Taylor, our two dogs Collin and Otis, and our chickens collectively named the Spice Girls. I have many hobbies so in my free time I enjoy being outdoors, fishing, hunting, gardening, woodworking, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and it seems I’m always splitting wood for the heating season!
